⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
🎯 Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screenings and candidate follow-ups
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance and HR records
• Support employee engagement and HR activities

🎯 Skills Required

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and Email handling
✔ Strong organizational and coordination abilities
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
