PINCHX is looking for a Fashion Designer Intern to join our team in Bengaluru.
We’re looking for someone who can take a creative concept and translate it into clear, accurate, production-ready documents.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of fashion & apparel design
* Ability to create detailed tech packs
* Strong skills in converting designs into production-level documents
* Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, colours and stitching
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to communicate design specifications clearly for production
* Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design tools is a plus

Going for the Design role at PINCHX APPAREL? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
