Fashion Designer
After years of building and engaging millions of people through RJ Naved's content across digital platforms, I've learned a lot about audiences, storytelling, and brand building.
Now, we're channeling those learnings into something new.
Over the past few months, we've been quietly building BTASHNI - a unisex Indian streetwear label. We recently launched our first collection and the response has been encouraging. We're still in the early stages, but that's exactly why we're hiring :)
We're hiring for:
- Fashion Designer
You live and breathe streetwear. You understand silhouettes, fabrics, fits, and how to translate a brand's voice into products people genuinely want to wear. Experience with Indian manufacturing and production processes is a big plus.
- Business Development Executive / Manager
You know how to identify opportunities, build partnerships, negotiate deals, and think commercially about growth. You're proactive and don't wait for opportunities to come to you.
- E-Commerce Executive
You'll be responsible for managing the Btashni shopping experience end to end, website operations, inventory coordination, customer journey, and conversion optimization. Experience with Shopify and custom website backends is preferred.
- Social Media Manager (Performance Marketing Focus)
We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role requires a strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, creative testing, ROAS, scaling campaigns, and performance optimization. You'll also contribute to the brand's organic growth strategy.
More than experience, we're looking for people who:
โข Move fast and take ownership
โข Have a genuine interest in fashion and streetwear culture
โข Are comfortable working in a lean, founder-led startup environment
โข Believe in long-term vision over short-term comfort
๐ Noida / Delhi NCR preferred

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at BTASHNI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story โ the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
