Job Summary
Argo Facades is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join our Facade Engineering team. The selected candidates will assist in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of facade installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising facade installation activities at project sites.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Review and understand architectural, structural, and facade drawings.
Conduct site measurements and maintain installation records.
Assist in quality inspections and snag rectification activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
Support material planning, tracking, and inventory management.
Participate in project meetings and provide site updates.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of construction and engineering principles.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
