Executive

Tata 1mg is looking for an Executive and ATL (First Mile Operations Support & Order Assignment ) in Diagnostics Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Provide comprehensive support to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication channels.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing queries and providing timely assistance.
3. Comfortable with rotating shifts.
4. "Execute manual order assignments to phlebotomists in adherence to established SOPs, ensuring accuracy and operational compliance."

Requirements:-

I. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
II. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
III.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
IV. Calling experience preferable

Who are we looking for:-

a) Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
b) Willingness to work rotating shifts (Night: 9 PM to 6 AM, Early Morning: 5 AM to 2 PM, Evening: 12 PM to 9 PM).
c) Must be a graduate from a certified university.
d) Maintain a positive attitude towards the job.
