What you'll do:
✅ Executive & stakeholder coordination for the Director
✅ Design executive presentations and fact sheets while actively collaborating on strategic planning with the Director.
✅ Draft social media content that tells our story.
✅ Travel with leadership & capture on-ground marketing content
What we're looking for:
🎓 Bachelor's in Communications/Business Admin or related field
🎨 Graphic Design & On-Ground Content Creation
🗣️ Fluent in Hindi & English
⚡ Proactive, "get stuff done" attitude

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Navjyoti India Foundation? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
