🔹 EXECUTIVE – LAST MILE OPERATIONS
📍 Locations: Goregaon & Panvel
💰 NTH Salary: Up to ₹19,500
👥 Vacancies:
• Goregaon – 4 Positions

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day Last Mile operations
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely closures
• Coordinate with Field Executives / Business Partners and internal stakeholders
• Track operational exceptions, pendencies and escalations
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes
• Support achievement of service levels and productivity targets

🔹 MANAGER – LAST MILE OPERATIONS
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
👥 Vacancy: 1 Position
💰 NTH Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an experienced Last Mile Operations professional who has hands-on experience in managing multiple Service Centers / locations and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive performance across multiple Last Mile centers
• Own Service Level, productivity, cost and operational KPIs
• Lead and develop operations teams across locations
• Drive daily performance reviews and corrective actions
• Manage exceptions, ageing, escalations and operational risks
• Coordinate with Fleet, FM, LM, BP, Customer Service and other stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements
• Build capacity, optimize manpower/vehicle utilization and control operational costs
• Take end-to-end ownership for operational excellence across assigned centers
