At Bloom, we’re looking for an Executive – HR (Campus Recruitment) who can help us take our campus hiring journey across India.

💥 This isn't just about screening resumes or coordinating interviews.

You’ll be out there building relationships with colleges and institutes, planning campus drives, interacting with students and faculty, and representing the Bloom employer brand.

✈️ Travel across India
🎓 Build strong campus partnerships
🤝 Create opportunities for young talent
📈 Own the campus hiring funnel end-to-end

And yes... you'll be the face of our campus hiring engine.

📍 Delhi | Work from Office
💰 CTC: ₹4–6 LPA
🎓 MBA (HR) preferred
⏳ Experience: 0–2 years
