I'm hiring an Executive Associate | Founder’s Office to work directly with AVP at SquareYards.
This is not a conventional assistant role. You will work closely with leadership and gain hands-on exposure to:
✅ Business Operations
✅ Recruitment & Headhunting
✅ Market Intelligence & Project Tracking
✅ Lead Generation & BTL Activities
✅ Marketing Coordination & Execution
✅ Data Analytics & Reporting
📌 Non-Negotiable Skills:
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel
• Dashboards & MIS Reporting
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Data Analysis
• Automations & Google App Scripts
🎓 Freshers are welcome.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Square Yards? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
