About the Internship

-This 3-month paid internship is designed as a learning experience for students, fresh graduates, and junior designers who want to build practical skills in educational graphic design and online course production.
What You Will Learn
- How to transform scripts, storyboards, and educational ideas into clear visual concepts.
- Core educational visual design principles: layout, typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- How to simplify complex learning concepts using illustrations, icons, diagrams, infographics, and visual compositions.
- How to build storyboard scenes and visual sequences that support the learning flow.
- How to maintain visual consistency across a complete online course using templates, brand guidelines, and design systems.
- How to prepare clean, editable, and production-ready design files for the video production team.
- How to collaborate with Instructional Designers and Video Editors, receive feedback, and improve designs through revisions.
- How the online course production process works from learning objectives and storyboards to final video production.
Practical Application During the Internship
The practical activities are part of the learning journey. You will apply each topic you learn through guided exercises, course examples, and supervised practice.
- Practice turning scripts and storyboards into simple visual concepts.
- Apply visual design principles to educational scenes and course materials.
- Create and organize icons, illustrations, diagrams, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Practice preparing files according to course templates and production requirements.
- Join review sessions, receive feedback, and revise your work to improve visual clarity and quality.
Who We Are Looking For :
- Students, fresh graduates, or junior designers in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in education, visual storytelling, and digital content.
- Open to learning, practice, feedback, and continuous improvement
- A portfolio is required; university and personal projects are welcome.
High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance, skills development, and business needs.
