We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team in Bengaluru.
If you’re a fresher who enjoys working with Excel, online platforms, and product data, this could be a great opportunity to learn how e-commerce businesses work behind the scenes.
What you’ll do:
• Manage product listings and catalogue updates
• Work with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central & other marketplaces
• Track orders and inventory
• Work on Excel/CSV files
• Identify and resolve listing or inventory issues
• Coordinate with internal teams
What we’re looking for:
• Fresher / Internship experience
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Invictus Data? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
