Are you passionate about e-commerce and love keeping marketplace operations running seamlessly? We're looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team and manage operations across India's leading online marketplaces.

What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
Handle catalogue management, product listings, pricing, and content updates.
Monitor inventory, order fulfilment, returns, cancellations, and account health.
Coordinate with warehouse, finance, marketing, and marketplace account managers.
Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and assortment updates.
Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What We're Looking For
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Marketplace/E-commerce Operations.
✔ Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels.
✔ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
✔ Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or D2C brands is a plus.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Sirona? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
