We are hiring for the role of Domestic Customer Success Associate (Customer Support) for the PhonePe Process in Gurgaon.
📍 Location: Gurgaon

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer queries related to PhonePe services
• Resolve customer concerns regarding transactions, accounts, and payments
• Provide accurate information and support
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate Mandatory
• Freshers – 30% Hiring
• Minimum 6 Months Experience – 70% Hiring
• Customer Service background preferred
• Insurance background preferred
• Good Communication Skills (B2 Level)
• VETI Score – 6
• Non-Voice Versant – 60 & Above
🔹 Shift Details:
• 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Any 9 Hours)
• 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
• Female employees' last shift timing till 8:00 PM
• No Cab Facility (Self Travel)
💰 Salary:
• Freshers: ₹24,000 CTC | ₹19,128 In-Hand (Including PLI)
• Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹19,949 In-Hand (Including PLI)
• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): 10%
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
