Responsibilities:
✅ Create engaging social media content
✅ Assist with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook marketing
✅ Support SEO and website updates
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✅ Help execute email marketing campaigns
Requirements:
✔ Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media
✔ Familiarity with Canva, MS Office, or Adobe tools is a plus
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow

Going for the Marketing role at Sunspire Energy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
