What You'll Do

✅ Create engaging posts, reels, and graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
✅ Plan and execute social media campaigns
✅ Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
✅ Track campaign performance using analytics tools
✅ Collaborate on SEO content and blog creation
✅ Research digital marketing trends and competitor strategies

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at RoomAdda? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
