I'm growing my team at KNN Syndicate and looking for interns who genuinely want to build a career in Performance Marketing.
I'm not looking for someone who'll comment "Interested sir" and disappear.
I'm looking for someone who:
Has completed a digital marketing course or has basic practical knowledge.
Knows what terms like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS mean (no need to be an expert).
Likes learning, testing ideas, and figuring out why one campaign works while another doesn't.
Wants real experience instead of just another internship certificate.
You'll get to work on actual campaigns, real ad budgets, creative testing, audience research, and campaign optimization.

- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
