Graphic Designer Intern – Requirements:
✅ Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools
✅ Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
✅ Ability to create social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives

Going for the Marketing role at Diligence Certifications? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
