🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and leadership profiles
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns (organic & paid)
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach & content strategy
- Assist with SEO, keyword research & competitor analysis
- Support paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to draft content, generate ideas & improve efficiency
- Support email marketing & other digital campaigns
- Monitor analytics & prepare basic performance reports
- Coordinate with Sales & Recruitment teams to align marketing with business goals
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn & B2B marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing & analytics
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads & paid platforms
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI)
- Graphic design knowledge preferred (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Good communication & teamwork skills
🎓 Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, or BBA / BBM / B.Com in Business Administration or related fields
- Freshers & recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related fields
- Digital marketing certification or prior internship experience preferred
- A portfolio of academic, personal or freelance projects is an advantage
💡 What You'll Learn
Hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, Google Analytics and marketing tools, while collaborating with design, sales and product teams.
📍 Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (near Satya Sai Metro Station – Purple Line)
🏢 Work Mode: 5 days mandatory work from office (onsite)
💼 Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Conversion: Based on performance, interns may be converted to a full-time role upon completion of the 6-month internship
