We're hiring L&D or I/O Psychology Interns!
Are you a psychology student passionate about applying your knowledge in the workplace? Do you love researching deep into psychological theories and empirical frameworks, creating research-backed content, and building something for real-world impact?
Join our team at Talent Corner HR Services as a Learning and Development Intern and:
-Work closely with the L&D Executive
-Build training programs based on actual industry gaps
-Apply psychological concepts in recruitment strategy & training
-Contribute to improving candidate experience & recruiter expertise across the country
-Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives
🔍 Ideal for: Psychology students (UG/PG) or students of related disciplines interested in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, research, or learning and development.
🧠Skills required: Research, content writing, critical thinking.
đź•’Duration: 3 Months- August to October batch
Mode- Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in office per-week) as per candidate profile.
Time commitment: 20hrs/week, flexible timing
Stipend- Rs.15000 lump sum, with prospective PPO!
