DevOps Intern
We are hiring a DevOps Intern at Valura.Ai
6 months, full time, Bangalore or GIFT City. Full-time offer for strong performers.
You'd be working on:
• Dockerfiles and CI pipelines across a monorepo of around twenty applications
• Terraform, so infrastructure gets reviewed like any other change
• Health checks and alerts, and learning which alerts people have started ignoring
• Turning manual runbook steps into scripts, in Python or Bash
• Debugging the build that passes locally and fails in CI
What we want: real comfort on Linux, networking you understand rather than memorised, Git without panic, and something you have run and kept running. Docker and cloud exposure help, not required.

Interview advice
Going for the DevOps role at Valura.Ai? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to sketch a simple CI/CD pipeline and to name the tools you have actually touched — even a college project counts.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
