MaxisAI (erstwhile, MaxisIT Inc.) is hiring DevOps/AgentOps Interns (Hyderabad location)!!!!
Role Purpose
Support MaxisAI's DevOps and AgentOps functions by assisting with CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure automation, agent deployment operations, and observability tooling. This role provides hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices applied to AI-first product environments.

Works Closely With:
• AI Engineering Intern
• Product Engineering Team
• AI Engineering Lead
Key Responsibilities
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
• Assist with infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Help monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Support deployment and operational monitoring of AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Assist with setting up observability tooling: logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing (CloudWatch, Datadog, or equivalent).
• Contribute to documentation of DevOps runbooks, deployment procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Participate in incident triage and support root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Explore and prototype AgentOps patterns for AI agent monitoring, versioning, and evaluation pipelines.
Required Experience
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and command-line operations.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Exposure to version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Interest in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems operations.
• Willingness to learn new tools and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Background
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• Understanding of monitoring and observability concepts.
• Prior project work involving CI/CD or cloud deployment pipelines.
Success Measures – First 12 Months
• Successfully configure or improve at least 1 CI/CD pipeline component within the internship.
• Produce at least 2 infrastructure runbooks or documentation artifacts.
• Support at least 1 live deployment and post-deployment monitoring cycle.
• Demonstrate measurable progress in cloud/DevOps skills by end of internship.
