What You'll Do
✨ Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle—from project briefs to execution-ready drawings.
✨ Work closely with leadership to drive design quality, operational excellence, and business performance.
✨ Collaborate with designers, visualizers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
✨ Create impactful client presentations and participate in high-stakes sales pitches.
✨ Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning proposals.
✨ Help develop scalable processes and innovative design solutions.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✔ 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
✔ Outstanding communication and presentation skills
✔ Confidence in client-facing interactions and sales discussions
✔ Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
✔ Passion for design, innovation, and working in a fast-paced environment.
