We're looking for a Data Research Analyst who thrives on finding accurate information, validating data, and building high-quality executive contact databases.

🕒 Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Contact Research & List Building
• Extract and research contact information from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Bloomberg, SignalHire, Datanyze, and other data sources.
• Build targeted executive and decision-maker lists based on industry, company size, revenue, geography, and business criteria.
• Perform reverse appending to identify missing contact details, including emails, phone numbers, and job titles.
• Verify company information such as industry classification, revenue, and website details.

📊 Data Validation & Quality Assurance
• Append and validate email addresses using multiple research platforms.
• Verify phone numbers and ensure data accuracy.
• Research and append business addresses with proper formatting.
• Standardize and structure address data for global databases.

📈 Company Research & Analysis
• Conduct revenue research and employee count verification.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to improve lead quality and targeting.
• Generate reports on data accuracy, research progress, and performance metrics.
🛠 Tools & Platforms
• Work extensively with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Bloomberg, SignalHire, Datanyze, and Manta.
• Manage and organize data using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and research platforms.
🎓 What We're Looking For
✅ 0 to 1 year of experience in Data Research, Lead Generation, Market Research, or Data Analysis.
✅ Hands-on experience with research platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Bloomberg, SignalHire, Datanyze, or similar tools.
✅ Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management techniques.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
