Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Data Mining intern to join our team. This internship provide hands – on experience in digital marketing with strong focus on data mining, database management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to support targeted email campaigns and improve marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Conduct data mining and extraction from various source to built and maintain high – quality database.
Clean, validate, and organize large database to ensure accuracy and usability.
Assist in segmenting audiences based behaviour, demographics and engagement patterns.
Support the planning and execution of data – driven email campaign.
Analyze campaign data (open rates, click – through rates, conversions) to identify trends and insights.
Perform A/B testing using data insights to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with the HR team to align data strategies with business goals.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in any field.
Basic knowledge of data mining, database management or data analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google sheets or basic SQL (preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail – oriented with strong organizational skills.
Interest in data – driven marketing digital analysis.
