Data Analyst Intern (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Role Overview & Structure
👉This is a fully remote (Work from Home) learning-and-placement-focused internship designed to give students practical startup experience. The role features a unique 60-40 split: 60% technical data tasks and 40% cross-functional business exposure.
👉Duration: 4 to 6 months.
Schedule Options: Full-Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Friday & Saturday off).
Part-Time: 4–5 hours per day, flexible window between 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM (Friday off).
👉Stipend: Performance & KPI-based for top contributors following an initial unpaid training phase.
Key Responsibilities
👉Core Data Analytics (60%)
👉Prepare, clean, validate, and analyze datasets to discover trends and performance gaps.
👉Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
👉Develop SQL-based reporting pipelines and automate repetitive data workflows.
👉Utilize Python, SQL, and Excel to translate complex data into actionable business stories.
👉Startup Growth & Cross-Functional Exposure (40%)
Collaborate across the EdTech, IT Services, and Recruitment divisions.
👉Support recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking.
👉Work directly with founders and leadership to align data insights with corporate scaling strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
👉Eligibility: Current students from the 2027, 2028, or 2029 graduating batches (Any degree; must have a basic understanding of data science).
Technical Proficiency (Freshers can apply )
👉SQL: Intermediate to advanced knowledge (Joins, queries, grouping).
👉Python: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
👉BI Tools: Power BI or Tableau dashboarding.
👉Web Scraping: Tools like BeautifulSoup or Selenium.
