🚀 Day-35/90 – Every Day is a New Learning Opportunity

Today was a productive day filled with learning, research, and meaningful interactions.

💻 On the technical side, I spent time understanding the Market Intelligence & Gap Analysis project. Rather than jumping directly into the work, I focused on understanding the project requirements, researching the problem, and exploring web scraping tools that can help collect and analyze data more efficiently.

This experience reminded me that every successful analysis starts with good research and a clear understanding of the problem.

🤝 Along with technical learning, I continued working on candidate engagement and recruitment activities.

• Reached out to 13 people through email under DataYug
• Connected with 4 candidates to discuss opportunities
• One candidate was selected for the free internship program
• Shared the Job Description with an interested candidate
• Interacted with experienced candidates who were looking for full-time roles rather than internships
• Scheduled an interview for a candidate on Sunday
• Assisted a candidate with the BPO application process
• Created a hiring poster for a Data Analyst Internship opportunity

📈 What I Learned Today
✅ Understanding a problem is as important as solving it
