And before you ask - no, this is not the “make a PPT and send an email” kind of internship. 😄

We are looking for 2 curious, hands on people who want to get right into the action and work across:

Customer Experience × Data × AI/ML × Operations × Supply Chain

What might your days look like?

1. Finding the patterns hidden in thousands of customer journeys
2. Figuring out what our customers need to hear before they have to ask
3. Actually talking to customers instead of just looking at dashboards
4. Finding ways to squeeze more out of our internal tools
5. Asking, “Can AI/ML solve this?” and then actually trying
6. Building tools and automations instead of doing the same thing 500 times
7. Figuring out why the Indian last mile is the way it is
8. Getting a front-row seat to how the backend supply chain of a fast-growing D2C company really works

You will make mistakes.
You will experiment.
You will probably break a few things.
And hopefully, you will build a few things that make us say, “Why didn’t we do this earlier?”

The goal isn't just to learn how a D2C business works.

You will be working on the problems that actually make it work.

So if you are curious, analytical, slightly obsessed with figuring things out, comfortable with technology and your favourite question is:

“Okay… but why are we doing it this way?”
