- Handleinboundandoutboundcalls, chats, andemailsfromcustomers.
- Provideaccurateinformationabout No Brokerservices, plans, andprocesses.
- Log, track, andresolvecustomercomplaintsthrough CRM/ticketingsystems.
- Escalatecomplexissuestorelevantteamsandensuretimelyresolution. Maintainservicequalitystandardsandensurehighcustomersatisfaction.
Work Mode: Work from Office(Immediate Joiners Preferred)
