Are you passionate about pet health and love helping pet parents give their furry friends the best life possible? Smylo is looking for a sharp, empathetic, and enthusiastic Pet Nutritionist & Customer Success Specialist to join our team on-site!

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to cat parents—helping diagnose dietary challenges, tailoring meal plans, and guiding them toward healthier, happier pets.

What You’ll Do
✅Custom Nutritional Planning: Analyze pet health needs, dietary preferences, and sensitivities to craft personalized meal plans.

✅Customer Pain-Point Diagnosis: Listen empathetically to cat parents to address issues like fussy eating, digestive troubles, or weight management.

✅Flavor & Product Mapping: Recommend the best Smylo flavors and product variations tailored to each pet's unique needs.

✅Ongoing Follow-Up & Support: Check in with pet parents via phone or chat to track progress, answer questions, and tweak nutrition plans.

✅Brand Ambassadorship: Build lasting, warm relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For

❤️ Strong empathy, active listening, and a customer-first problem-solving mindset.

🗣️ Clear, warm, and proactive communication skills.

📍 Location: On-site (Gurugram)

💼 Role Type: Full-time/ Intern

🎓Eligibility: B.Sc/ M.Sc. in Nutrition/ Food Technology/ Other Life Sciences
