📌 Position: Customer Success Intern
📍 Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
🎯 What You'll Do:
• Assist customers with queries and concerns through calls and other communication channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Follow up with customers and maintain a positive customer experience
• Support customer engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain customer records and operational data
✅ Who Can Apply?
• Freshers and students looking for hands-on experience
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable interacting with customers over calls
• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn
• Available for a full-time, 6-month internship
