✅ Willingness to communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams
✅ Willingness to travel to client locations such as Pune, Delhi, Chennai, etc.
✅ Reliable, dedicated, and serious candidates
✅ Good follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
✅ Basic Excel / Google Sheets / email communication knowledge
✅ Comfortable supporting 20%–30% recruitment coordination work

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Client communication and relationship management
* Follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
* Client visit coordination and travel when required
* Candidate coordination and interview follow-ups
* Recruitment support activities
* Maintaining trackers, reports, and communication updates
* Supporting business and operations teams
