Alaya by Stage3 is a growing D2C fashion brand, and we’re looking for passionate, ownership-driven individuals to join our team in Gurugram.

We are hiring for the following roles:

1. Customer Experience & Operations Executive
For someone who can manage customer queries, order-related coordination, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

2. Marketing Associate
For someone interested in fashion, digital marketing, campaigns, content coordination, influencer marketing, and brand growth.

3. Operations Associate
For someone who can support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal teams, manage reports, and ensure smooth execution.

4. CRM & Customer Retention Lead
For someone who can manage customer journeys, retention campaigns, WhatsApp/email communication, loyalty initiatives, and customer engagement.

5. Fashion Designer
For someone with a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, prints, and product development. The role will involve supporting new collection planning, design research, sampling coordination, and working closely with the brand/product team.

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram
Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
