📌 Experience: 1 to 7 Years
🎓 Education: Any Graduate / HSC Passed with a minimum of 1 year of International Voice Process Experience
📞 Process: Ireland Telecom Process
📍 Work Location: Airoli, Mumbai (MDC5 / MDC7)
⏰ Shift: UK Shift (24x7 Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Offs)
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
🗣️ Excellent English Communication Skills Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound customer calls
✔ Resolve billing, payment, account, and service-related queries
✔ Provide product and technical support
✔ Troubleshoot broadband and handset issues
✔ Deliver exceptional customer experience
✔ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
✔ Maintain accurate customer records

What We're Looking For
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Strong customer service orientation
✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Sales mindset and commercial awareness
✅ Prior International BPO/Voice Process experience preferred
