CSR Executive
IPSHA FOUNDATION is seeking a passionate and dynamic CSR Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with CSR partners and corporate organizations.
- Develop CSR proposals, presentations, and partnership strategies.
- Coordinate with companies for CSR funding and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and stakeholders.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and impact assessment.
- Support fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in CSR, NGO sector, fundraising, business development, or corporate relations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
