📋 POSITION 1: CSD Associate – Technical Support
Department: Customer Service Department (CSD)
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
Openings: 1 Position
Key Skills Required:
Technical: Solid foundational knowledge of SQL (Queries, Joins, Tables) to handle database troubleshooting and client reporting.
Language: Mandatory excellent fluency in Hindi (Verbal) to support and interact with regional and northern Indian hospital clients (along with English).
Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc/B.Com (Computers), or any graduate with a verified technical/SQL certification.
Role: Provide functional application support to hospital staff (billing, lab, pharmacy) and resolve software/data mismatches.
📋 POSITION 2: Pre-Sales Executive (Healthcare IT)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 1+ years in Healthcare Operations, Hospital Admin, or Healthcare Software Sales/Support.
Openings: 2 Position
Key Skills Required:
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of hospital workflows (OPD/IPD, Medical Billing, Laboratory MIS, Pharmacy).
Travel: High willingness to travel frequently to prospective hospital client locations for on-site visits and system mapping.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is highly preferred.
Role: Deliver deep-dive software demonstrations of our HMS/EMR systems to doctors, hospital owners, and IT heads, performing gap analysis for client requirements.
