We are looking for a Female CRM Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer communication and follow-ups.
Handle customer orders, inquiries, and documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments.
Maintain CRM/customer records and prepare reports.
Track order status, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely communication with customers.
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
CRM/ERP experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
