📞 Manage inbound & outbound customer interactions
🤝 Follow up with leads and existing customers
🗂️ Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
💼 Convert inquiries into sales opportunities
🔄 Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
