🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
💥 Find and onboard amazing creators.
🎥 Make sure creators go live every day and support them throughout their journey.
🤝 Build genuine relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
📊 Track live hours, performance, and attendance using Excel/Google Sheets.
⚡ Solve day-to-day creator queries and coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
🌟 You're a Great Fit If You...
✔ Love talking to people and building relationships.
✔ Are organized and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
✔ Know your way around MS Excel or Google Sheets.
✔ Have a background (or strong interest) in Media, Entertainment, Mass Communication, Influencer Marketing, Marketing, or Digital Content.

Going for the Operations role at TalentTrack? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
