Creative Intern

Looking for a Creative Intern to join my team for the next 3 months.

Hi, I’m AJ, I run a six-figure creative agency based out of Bangalore, I’ve been building this brand with a lot of love, intention, and attention to the kind of work we put out.

We are primarily a content-focused creative agency, but I’ve never wanted us to operate as just a content creation agency.
The founders and brands we work with are usually very closely involved in what they’re building, and that allows us to work much more deeply with them. We don't just come in, create a few pieces of content, and leave.
We brainstorm with them, understand what they’re trying to build, learn about their audience, experiment with ideas, and slowly become a part of the journey.

You end up learning so much more than just how to make a reel or manage an Instagram page.
You learn how brands think.
How founders think.
How to communicate with clients.
How to experiment, make mistakes, figure things out, and try again.

And now, I’m looking for someone who would like to be a part of this journey with me for the next three months.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the creative field, loves brainstorming ideas, wants to understand how brands are built, or maybe even sees themselves building an agency or something of their own one day.
You don’t need to have years of experience.

I’m much more interested in someone who is curious, dedicated, proactive, and genuinely willing to learn.

Over the course of the internship, you’ll get exposure to and work across:
— Branding
— Marketing
— Social media management
— Content creation
— Ad content
— Influencer marketing
— Founder-led content
— Client handling
— Prospect outreach
— Creative strategy and brainstorming

The work will be dynamic. There probably won’t be one fixed task that you do every single day. We’ll be working on different brands and different requirements, so you’ll constantly be exposed to new things.

And yes, you might make mistakes. That’s completely okay.
I’m not looking for someone who already knows everything.
I’m looking for someone who is willing to try, learn, take ownership, experiment, and grow.

📍 Bangalore-based candidates would be a huge plus. But remote candidates can apply too.
📅 Duration: 3 months
Potentially September–November or October–December
