Do you love creating visuals that make people stop scrolling?
At The Kashin, we’re looking for a Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through both graphic design and video editing.
We work with premium fashion and lifestyle brands, helping them build impactful, growth-focused brand experiences through strategy, creativity, and execution.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Designing creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and presentations.
✨ Editing reels, campaign videos, and branded content.
✨ Creating premium visuals for luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.
✨ Collaborating with our marketing and strategy team to execute creative ideas.
✨ Keeping up with design, content, and social media trends.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Has a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Can handle both graphics and video editing
- Has a portfolio showcasing creative work
- Owns a laptop
- Is passionate, proactive, and eager to learn

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at The Kashin? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
