Hiring a Creative Associate – Brand & Product in Patna, Bihar (On-site).

We are seeking a creative associate who enjoys design, loves experimenting, and is excited about bringing ideas to life as real products and experiences.
This role goes beyond typical graphic design tasks. You will work across branding, product development, content, campaigns, and creative projects—from brainstorming to seeing ideas come to life. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio or have 1–3 years of experience, we value creativity, curiosity, and initiative over years of experience.
What You'll Do:
• Design notebooks, stationery, gifting products, and lifestyle merchandise.
• Create packaging, branding elements, layouts, and visuals that people want to keep.
• Pitch ideas for campaigns and creative projects.
• Assist in planning product shoots and content creation.
• Build mood boards, presentations, and visual concepts.
• Collaborate with teams to make cool things happen.
• Stay updated on trends and creative inspiration.
What We're Looking For:
• A strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a love for learning.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
