We're Hiring: Corporate Finance Intern | Eka Care
eka.care is looking for a Corporate Finance Intern to join our finance team for a hands-on internship that goes well beyond routine bookkeeping. You'll work directly with the management team and get exposure across both core finance operations and strategic finance.
What you'll work on:
• Monthly book closure process (MIS)
• GST and TDS matters (select areas)
• Strategic finance projects related to ESOP, M&A, Fundraise, Cap table
• Secretarial compliance (select areas)
Internship details:
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Stipend: As per industry standards
• Location: Bengaluru
What we're looking for:
• B.com / MBA graduate
• Basic working knowledge of Tally
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership

Interview advice
Going for the Finance role at Eka Care? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
