Yourkeyresponsibilities
Technical Excellence
• Strongexperience in MAtaxadvisory, withexposuretostructuringandexecutingtax-efficienttransactions. Provencapabilityinconductingtaxduediligencetoidentifyrisks, exposures, andpost-dealimplications. Soundunderstandingofdirecttaxconceptsandtheirapplicationintransactionsupportandadvisoryengagements. Abletoanalyzecomplexdealdocumentationandtaxpositionstosupportinformedclientrecommendations. Demonstratedconsultingexperienceindeliveringpracticaltaxsolutionsalignedwithbusinessandtransactionobjectives.
