What You’ll Be Handling :

• Customer & lead follow-ups
• Loan documentation & processing
• Coordination with Banks & NBFCs
• Case tracking from login to disbursement
• Customer & internal team coordination
• MIS, reporting & data management
• Follow-up for pending documents & requirements
• Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
