Process & Evaluate: Review and process claims accurately according to company policies and quality standards.
Support Stakeholders: Assist claimants, providers, and clients with inquiries professionally and promptly.
Meet Performance Goals: Maintain expected productivity and quality benchmarks while adapting to cross-training and multitasking opportunities.

🎯 What We Are Looking For
Freshers with strong oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, keyboard skills, and working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work in any shift and operate from the office as business needs require.
