Join a fast-growing renewable energy organization and contribute to the successful execution of utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and verify site layouts, MMS foundations, and trenching plans.
• Supervise excavation, leveling, drainage systems, fencing, and civil construction activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Review civil drawings, BOQs, and coordinate with consultants for technical approvals.
• Track project progress, prepare DPRs/MIS reports, and ensure timely execution.
• Optimize material utilization and control project costs.
• Support topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, and quality inspections.
• Manage project documentation and handover activities.
🔹 Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of civil execution in infrastructure, EPC, or solar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil estimation tools.
• Understanding of foundation design, soil conditions, and MMS structures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
