Chartered Accountant (CA) – Business Finance / FP&A

✅ Eligibility:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
* Freshers are welcome to apply
* BFSI/NBFC/Banking experience will be an added advantage

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare region-wise P&L statements
* Monthly MIS & management reporting
* Budgeting & financial planning
* Variance analysis (Actual vs Provision)
* Financial statement preparation
* Profitability & business analysis
* Revenue leakage identification
* Financial controls & reconciliations
* Board presentation support
* Support strategic business decisions

💼 Required Skills:

* Financial Statement & P&L Analysis
* Budgeting & Forecasting
* Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
* ERP Knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred)
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
