🚀 We're Hiring: Central Supply Intern | Delhi 📍
Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in operations and supply chain? Join our team as a Central Supply Intern and work closely with field operations to drive execution and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support the execution of central supply strategies on the ground
✅ Coordinate day-to-day field operations
✅ Travel to field locations to monitor implementation and performance
✅ Communicate with Feet On Street (FOS) teams and local vendors
✅ Guide and support FOS/vendors to achieve city-wise and service-wise targets
✅ Identify operational gaps, collect feedback (VOC), and report insights
✅ Maintain daily operational reports and share updates with central teams, vendors, and partners
✅ Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards
Who Can Apply?
🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields preferred)
We're looking for candidates who have:
✔ Strong communication skills (local/vernacular language preferred)
✔ Willingness to travel and work in field environments
✔ Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
✔ A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
