Our client is one of India's leading quick commerce and e-commerce organizations, known for its technology-driven operations, customer-centric approach, and rapid business growth. The company is looking for dynamic professionals to support category performance and pricing strategies.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Category Executive with experience in Category Management, Pricing, Business Analytics, and Commercial Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in driving category performance, pricing optimization, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned product categories and support category growth initiatives.
Monitor product pricing and recommend pricing improvements.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and category performance.
Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute category plans.
Identify opportunities to improve category performance and profitability.
Ensure accurate product information and pricing updates.
Support category planning and business growth initiatives.
Meet category performance targets and business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Retail Operations.
Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
