Career Counsellor Internship (Field-based)
(Immediate Requirement)
We are looking for dedicated candidates to support students with career awareness/guidance in AI career pathways.

1st July – 31st Dec (6 months)
Extension based on performance
Stipend
₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month (Fixed)
Performance based Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field based work activities with students
Taking care of Assets and Record daily activities
Maintain detailed records on dashboard and sheet
Ensure timely follow-ups & student engagement
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Daily/weekly target achievement
Work quality (Scores + student feedback)
School connection (school visits for daily activities)
Data accuracy & timely updates
Punctuality, schedule adherence & responsiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile
Willingness to work on field
Final year students, graduate and Post graduate (pursuing)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to handle students while maintaining quality
